Memberships (CPT Plus and CPT Premium) and Session Packages for recovery & wellness treatments are available to purchase through Concierge Physical Therapy's online portal.

After your purchase has been made, you will need to take a quick moment to book your sessions. Memberships and session packages are not automatically scheduled — you’ll need to contact your clinic directly to reserve your appointments.
